Counseling Resources Neuropsychological Associates, LLC (CRNA), an established private practice clinic with more than 25 years of practice, CRNA is located in Madison, WI and offers a variety of services including Neuropsychological Evaluations, Counseling, Forensic Evaluations, Independent Medical Evaluation (IME), and consultation services. Our practice has 4 licensed psychologists, 1 licensed therapist, students at various levels, and several support staff. Due to increased demand for our services we are expanding.

Clinical Psychologist Positions

CRNA is seeking WI licensed psychologist or license-eligible psychologist to join as an associate or post-doctoral resident. 

 

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in psychology or related field

  • Prior experience within neuropsychology setting (for example practicum, internship, post-doc, previous employment).

 

Responsibilities

  • Administering, scoring, and interpreting comprehensive neuropsychological batteries for primarily children and adolescents.

  • Complete documentation, including neuropsychological report writing.

  • Maintain appropriate records of testing data and patient information.

  • Supervise graduate-level trainees from local universities on test administration and scoring.

  • Consulting with referral sources.

  • Credentialing assistance for insurance panels accepted by CRNA.

  • Use of all testing and scoring materials necessary for data collection.

  • Access to a HIPPA-compliant EHR and telehealth program (WEBEX).

  • Access to a third-party billing service for processing claims.

  • Front office administrative staff to assist in patient scheduling.

  • Flexibility for both on-site and remote work

Therapist Positions

CRNA is seeking WI licensed mental health therapist to join our team.

 

Requirements 

  • Interest in and/or experience working with a pediatric population, as well as adults.

  • Master’s Degree

  • Valid WI license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LP

  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively

  • Maintain appropriate records of session data and patient information

  • Consult with referral sources

Receptionist Position

We are searching for a receptionist due our to growing needs! We are currently open to both part-time and full-time candidates. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently. Our clinic strives to create a warm and open working environment. This candidate will also work effectively as a team member.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Greeting and directing clients upon arrival to the clinic.

  • Answering phone calls using a multi-line phone system and returning messages promptly.

  • Completing intake interviews with new clients.

  • Verifying insurance coverage for clients.

  • Supporting clinicians with basic office needs.

  • Scheduling appointments.

  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Photocopying and other basic administrative tasks.

  • Processing payments via phone.
     

​Education

  • Associates Degree or 2+ years office experience preferred

  • HS Diploma or ED required

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of administration and clerical functions

  • Solid communication skills, both written and oral

  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

  • Comfortable working in a mental health setting with a wide variety of clients.

  • The ability to maintain confidential records
